A dental business needs a long term plan and planning means taking the time to evaluate. As the end of the year approaches review what has been accomplished in 2010 and evaluate what needs to be repeated and what needs to change. Then establish goals for 2011 that will help you realize your long term goals personally and in business. Review the Potential of Your Dental Business, Understand the Break Even Point and What That Means for the Business, Learn How to Analyze the Cash Flow, and finally Determine How Case Presentations and Financial Arrangement Options Affect the Bottom Line of the Business.
