Success in business is directly related to the process of regular goal setting and evaluations.  The focus of December class is helping the dental business owner evaluate what happened in 2012 and set goals and plans for 2013.  Review your long-term business plan, evaluate how 2012 helped you progress towards the long-term business plan, then establish goals for 2013.  Also review the importance of annual staff evaluations for all staff members.  Learn and review the process for conducting end or year staff reviews, format and questions that can be used in the review process, and how to use reviews to build relationships with members of your dental team.

Gain additional insight from other offices and practitioners in attendance as they share what is working in their offices.
