HOW to get paid

(Financial Arrangements, Case Presentation, Collections/AR

Tuesday, November 13, 2012

6:30-8:30 PM

Annually it is important to review how these financial aspects of the business are handled and what can be done to get better results.  In November’s class the topics to be covered are:

  • Updates on the business of dentistry
  • Keeping costs under control
  • Improve treatment plan acceptance
  • Financial arrangements that work
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Utilizing Insurance Companies as a marketing tool
  • Increase production by expanding services
  • Give value so Patients accept paying for services
  • Building the practice through Champions!
  • Gain additional insight from other offices and practitioners in attendance as they share what is working in their offices.

    A recent attendee commented:

“I like the range of ages and experience among attendees.  The parts I found most helpful and interesting were analogies to use for presenting treatment, the variety of payment options, the concept to always find ways to compliment the patient (particularly on the 1st visit), and insights on establishing relationships with patients so they become champions of the practice.”
