A great opportunity for mentoring clients in Utah to get out of the cold and enjoy the warmth, sunshine, and companionship of dental colleagues in Arizona for a one-day seminar to review all the basics of Dental Business Ownership.  The information presented will be valuable to dentists at any stage of their dental career.  Come and learn about your roles as a dental clinician and a dental business owner.  Discuss with other dentists the current economic market and learn what to do to improve your economic situation.  Review what reports and business numbers are essential for you to understand so you can evaluate your business and make changes as needed.  The Dental Business Model continues to change and dentists need to know the current climate and trends for the future.  With the high number of dentists entering the UT and AZ markets how can dentists in the mature stages of their dental careers maximize their dental business asset and positively impact the future of newer dentists entering their market.  For the recent graduates beginning their careers as dentists it is essential to understand your options as associates, future owners, and what impact your business decisions will have to your earning power not just annually, but throughout your career.
