As you approach the end of another calendar year it is evaluation time, time to look at what went well, and then make adaptations in areas needing improvement. Some businesses bypass the critical step of evaluation. What is the overall vision for the business? Are the steps I am currently taking bringing me closer to that vision? What is the potential of my practice? Have I evaluated my cash flow? What is my breakeven point? Have I reviewed in detail last years production and collection numbers? Have I set goals for 2012? Does the current staff understand the vision for the practice and participate actively in making the goals of the practice become a reality? Are the rights systems in place to make all the above happen?
Join your dental colleagues to review these topics of dental business ownership and gain insights from other dentists facing similar success and challenges.
